I've done a reset and I have also performed a clean install. It is still crashing repeatedly.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

accoring to this line "%SystemRoot%\system32\mswsock.dll " it looks like it's a trojan,

try to download and install free Malwarebytes and scan your hardware, after finishing the scan restart your computer and see if he problem appears again.
