According to your user agent you are not using the latest version of Firefox (version 32.0.3). If you downloaded a new copy of Firefox, did you get it from the official site:

If not, you can either download a fresh copy from the link above, or go to:

• Help (or menu > ) > About Firefox

After updating, try installing Adblock Plus then. If that still doesn't work, disable all your other extensions and then install it to see if the other plugins are interfering with it. If you find that Adblock Plus works after disabling other extensions, enable them one at a time to find which one is causing it to fail. Extensions can be disabled in the Extensions tab of the about:addons page. You can access it by entering about:addons into the address bar or:

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
