MIcrosoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space. To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need. To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving to.

I have 4.75 TB of disk space available. I have tried closing open programs and I still can't open the attachments.

I did a google search and located some info which seems to suggest that this is a MS Excel /Word issue. Read info at this link:

When you open an eg: excel document a copy is put in the Temp folder, so maybe your Temp folder has not been emptied in a while. Worth looking and clearing out. C; /Users /User Name/Appdata/Local/Temp
