When I click on a link from a email in Outlook 2010, it loads up Internet Explorer but not Firefox which is my default browser. How do I fix this problem as nothing that I have tried works?

Try resetting your default browser in the Windows Control Panel. First change it to IE, then change it back to Firefox. Windows sometimes needs a slap upsides the head to remember that preference.
