can't download emails since update to 38.4.0
my TB client auto updated to v38.4.0 today and since then I can't download emails from any accounts that are set up within it;
sending seems fine (and have verified receipt);
and I can log into the accounts via web-based webpages;
have also double-checked all server settings against what they should be according to set-up types (and against what they were in previous version which worked fine).

oh - and to confirm: also checked AV (Norton) and confirmed that TB has full access through firewalls, etc
