It's been four days and I am still waiting for a response and/or solution to my previous question I posted form someone from the Firefox Team....

Should I scheduled an appointment for next month, or is someone from Firefox Administration going to help ?????

What is your issue. Where's the original post of your issue? This is a community based support there is no "official" Mozilla support with employees. It's completely volunteer.

If you posted and you didn't get a response it may be that there was a lot of issues coming in, or no one was on.
