I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT TO CHESS.COM with all the graphics my chess games, but now when i go to Chess.Com all that comes ups is wording. i cant play any of my gam
THE WEBSITE gRAPHJICS DO NOT COME UP cHESS bOARDS, MY GAMES, LIVE CHESS DOES NOT COME UP...ITS USED TOO BUT NOW IT DOESNT. All that comes up in CHess.Com in Wording. i have games that if i dont make a move i will time out and lose.Theses are Tournament Games. Please help immediately.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
- Clear the Cache and
- Remove Cookies
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.
Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.
- Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
- Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.
If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;
Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Then restart.
I TRIED ALL OF THAT STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE GRAPHICS, CHESS BOARDS. It just gives me wording. Please help. I dont understand it
https://www.chess.com/ works perfectly for me(W10;Fx44.0.2). Have you another browser you could try? A not-very-likely but a quick thing you could try - disable your MetaStream 3 Plugin r4 .
It is already disabled...i can go to every other site but can only get wording on Chess.Com. Do you think an d older version of Firefox would help matters... i just need to be able to access the site. Please help me!

Just a rude double check, you do realize that Safe Mode does not disable plug-ins?
