Sometimes if computer is running slow, when I click on the tab to highlight it for viewing, it thinks I want to drag it over somewhere, thereby creating a new window. I have searched for a plugin that disable this thing, but author removed it from using.

This is not a FF issue but a user configuration or lack of RAM so you need to do some homework here on your system to find out if the lack of RAM is causing the glitch. So what are you doing to cause the computer to run so slow? FF unless it is identified as the problem probably then it isn't the cause here.

Yes, the extension that disabled this feature is no longer available and won't work being a Legacy extension. Extensions that prevent such an accidental tear off are no longer possible with the switch to WebExtension.

Current Firefox versions have a feature called tear-off tabs. You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window. You can also do this via the right-click context menu of a tab: Move to New Window You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo this detaching.
