Hello,
Duplex printing is dependent upon your printer - did you go to
File => Print and then to Properties of your printer and select
duplexing from there ?
Maybe what worked for the OP in this thread may work for you as well :

Hit the Properties button to the right of the "Name" printer. That will open the "Properties" dialog for the user selected printer.
