Does Firefox provide a built in way to block keyboard and mouse tracking being used in ways that allows a user profile to be built. For example, blocking Google instant, where data goes back to Google as each character is entered into the field. Or user profiling based on typing cadence. There needs to be an ability to block the browser from sending data without an explicit user action. I.e. clicking the search button. But disallow letter by letter tracking and mouse location tracking.

If you block keyboard and mouse movement then the site won't nor will the keyboard and mouse respond. So what you are asking is almost next to impossible. Without site cookie/tracking the site won't give you access. And if you log into a Browser it will need tracking to properly know your location and work correctly. So what site is it that your afraid of that your want to lock everything out of?
