Getting "Access Denied" error message
I am getting an "Access Denied" message when trying to log into a website that I have used for years. I am able to log in through Safari and Chrome. I recently upgraded to MacOS Catalina, but have no idea if that has anything to do with the problem. The specific message is:
Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://signon.navyfederal.org/siteminderagent/forms/nfcu.fcc" on this server.
Reference #18.354b1f45.1613428618.1e86a7a1
I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, "forget this website" and changing to "no proxy" server. None of these have worked.
Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nancy,
Just to make sure that I provide the right solution, do you experience this on MacOS or iOS?
Kiki,
In response to your question, I am having this problem on MacOS only.
Thanks for confirming. I moved your thread to Desktop instead of Firefox for iOS.
Also, in that case, this may help..
I've used them in the past and have this link.
