Hi jscher, thanks for your help. I emptied the cache but the problem still exists. there is no error message, just an etirely blank screen after login, so I do not see any content. I have attached the screenshot where you can see that there is no content. Can you help?

When you get a blank page, it's a good idea to make sure the redirect block is turned off (especially considering the address in this case):

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste access and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the accessibility.blockautorefresh preference has a value of true, double-click it to restore the default value of false (or double-click it twice to make sure it's really false)
