Hello, Our power went out & our computer restarted but now is asking for a password for me to log back into my email but I cannot remember it & have now entered too many password attempts....can you please help me? Thank you, Jemma

You need to contact your email provider, as all Thunderbird does is submit your password for login and that password within Thunderbird must have been corrupted.
