How can I find out, which Release and maintenance levels of FF I did update to in the past, and when the update was done?
Hi friends of FF,
I've a question which regards the installed VMware Remote Console Plug-in. As far as I remember the VMware Remote Console Plug-in worked properly until I went on vacation in the middle of 9/2010.
Now, after I've installed FF 3.6.10, the VMware Remote Console Plug-in does no more work. I get the error "Cannot access virtual machine console. The request timed out. - The attempt to acquire a valid session ticket for "machine name" took longer than expected. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator"
My PC Support asks me to deinstall 3.6.10 and to reinstall 3.5.13. But I'm sure that I had 3.6.xx before and do not want to deinstall 3.6.10, since I want to use the automated update furtheron.
Are there known issues or fixes or circumventions?
Or, how can I find out which release and maintenance level was installed at the beginning of 9/2010? - Is there stored any history?
Pls. help.
Thanks and best regards Andreas

I can not help with the issue with the VMware Remote Console Plug-in, but to get details of when you updated Firefox, in the Tools menu select Options to open the options window. Select the Advanced panel and then the Update tab. Click on "Show Update History"
Release dates for Firefox are shown here - https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases
Hallo TonyE,
thanks for your answer.
Since I for test purposes reinstalled 3.6.9 over 3.9.10 and afterwards the autoupdate installed 3.6.11 I do see as Update History the install of 3.6.11 only. Unfortunately there's nothing left over from before.
But this should be the option I was looking for.
Thanks again and best regards - Andreas
