One of my website log in was entered wrong and Firefox remembered it. Now I can't log into that site. When Firefox had the file called HOSTPERM1, I could delete it's contents and start over, when that happened in the past. How can the passwords be zeroed out? The Privacy tab, "show passwords" and "delete all" will delete the passwords in the window but some of the passwords are stored somewhere else. Where?

 Thanks

The file hostperm.1 did store all exceptions in Firefox 2. It didn't store the passwords, those were stored in a file signons#.txt . Current Firefox store the names and passwords and the password exceptions in a SQLite database file signons.sqlite in the Firefox Profile Folder.
