Getting same 'certificate expired' error for one site no matter what site I visit

'Secure Connection Failed' pops up on almost every site I visit, even if it's not a secure site. It says 'certificate is not trusted' because 'certificate is expired' and it's always for the same site, a site I'm not even trying to access! I've tried View Certificate and making an exception for this site it's saying has the expired certificate and it still pops up. ALL THE TIME. very annoying. Even if I'm not browsing the web but the browser is just on in the background.

Wow I finally found it, in my Firefox Prefs > Advanced > Network > Connection, there was a box checked for Automatic Proxy configuration for that exact URL I kept getting expired certificate notifications about. I unchecked it and now it's gone, FINALLY! I have no idea how that setting was clicked...
