I have read Adobe Flash plugin has crashed and it does not cover this issue, as I have updated Nightly and Adobe Flash to their most recent versions.

I'm sure the crash IDs and Troubleshooting information show my version numbers and other relevant information.

This is something you need to report using the Feedback option. Link in Help menu if you can't see the "Feedback" button.

I found a fix for your problem. If you are running a 64-bit version of Nightly, you need a 64-bit version of Flash Player, which has not been released yet. However, you can get a beta version of Flash Player 11 from here:

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer11.html

It also has instructions if you are running 32-bit browser on 64-bit OS. Hope this helps.

(I was having this problem too. I am running Windows 7 64-bit and Nightly 64-bit, but Flash Player was not working even though I installed it multiple times.)
