Since adding the latest upgrade, my Firefox keeps crashing. It happens on all types of pages. Most consistently on pages with lots of Flash (Netflix, Pinterest, for example).

I tried to load Java, but didn't work. I checked for older versions, but didn't find any.

Try to update Flash to the latest version.

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

You can find the latest Flash player for Firefox on this page.

For Firefox on 64 bit Windows, you need the 32 bit Flash version version because Firefox is a 32 bit application.

We did that, but it didn't make a difference.

I had a lot of crashing with FF12.0 and Flash 11.2 r202 immediately after upgrade of FF. I resorted to backing up some important bits of my FF profile and created a new one. Now I've got a stable FF again. No idea of the precise cause, but it might be worth a shot after the usual disable add-ons / extentions / safe-mode attempts.
