I went through all the hoops, nothing in Downloads to clear, no download manager plugins/addins, checked everything as advised and the same problem exists. I can download other .exe files but not this one. It looks as though the file is downloading completely and then right at the end a message appears to say add.on cannot be downloaded due to an error at secure.logmeinrescue.com This is the same message as when I was trying to download a toolbar.
