Websites redirect before clicking allow
I use Firefox 13.0.1 and when I get a warning of a website reloading or redirecting it is allowing it to happen before I click allow, in fact it happens so fast I am unable to get my mouse to the allow or continue blocking check box. How do I stop it automatically allowing and give myself more time to click the check box.

I have also just disabled the Real Player Live Connect add-on
The setting in "Tools > Options > Advanced > General" is meant as an accessibility feature, as you can see by the label of that section, so that people with disabilities or people who use screen readers do not get confused and is not meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > General : Accessibility : [ ] "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

In earlier versions of Firefox it would wait for me to click allow before redirecting so something must have changed. I will try the safe mode and report back with my results. Thanks
On looking further it was suggested I enable "always use cursor keys to navigate web pages" so will try that
well that didn't work as I still get redirected. This was also from Mozilla help
Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page: When this option is enabled, Firefox will prevent websites from redirecting you to another page, or automatically reloading.
This is not working as stated
