Is there an add-on that scrolls through pictures of places around the world, i.e., places to see before you die kind of places?

more options

iGoogle is going away. I want to see if Firefox has a comparable gadget to one I use on iGoogle. It scrolls through places around the world that you should see before you die. Different places all the time. Is there such an add-on or something comparable on Firefox?

I think iGoogle is scheduled to go away some time next year. I imagine that by then there will be plenty of sites stepping up to let you install the same popular gadgets on one of their custom pages.

For security reasons, it would be easier to embed a "live" gadget in a page on a web server than in a local page.

By the way, is this the one you mean? http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=gadgets&url=www.yukiba.com/gadgets/travel-photos-1000.xml
