I play Pet City on Facebook, I have mozilla firefox, and when I load the game, then it's up to me to download adobe flash player? when I press the box on to install it so it will come up that I already have it installed .. And I have shockwave flash enabled in my plugin with the newest updates but Still, it's up to me to download adobe flash player when I play .. what is the error? Regards Petra

Please try the following:

  1. Go to the Firefox application data
  2. Locate your profile folder
  3. Delete the pluginreg.dat file
  4. Restart Firefox and run a plugin check

Please report back soon.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
