My saved passwords don't work after updating Firefox

Just recently, I updated from Firefox 26 to Firefox 27. After updating, the saved passwords/log-ins function ceased functioning. When I go to websites that I frequent, like eBay, the login page used to load with my username and password populated in the appropriate fields. On Yahoo, when I entered the first letter of my username, it would have my username in a drop-down menu, and when I selected it, the password would populate. Now none of these sites will load the login info. Even on new websites, FF will ask me if I want to "Remember Password", and when I click on "Remember Password" and then return to the site later, it won't populate the login info. Is there a fix to this? Or, should I just uninstall FF 27 and reinstall FF26 and import the passwords from my saved user profile?

Some web sites send a code so that password collectors don't work. If you go to Mozilla Add-ons Web Page you can find something to help you. ALSO, some web sites will send a code that disables the right click / <Control>C=copy / <Control>P=paste. You can also find an add-on that will restore it to your control.

Thanks for the message, but it's not just some websites. Absolutely NONE of the websites I use a password for are being remembered by FF, INCLUDING THIS ONE. I just logged in, and the window popped up asking if I wanted to remember the password. I clicked on "remember" and then logged out and closed the tab. When I came back, it didn't populate the password/login info. The password saving function IS NOT working on FF 27, period. I just want it to work again; I don't want to have to install an add-on program when FF is supposed to have this functionality itself.
