There is presently a working NPAPI plugin for our applications which works well in Chrome and we want to add it to firefow too. However, I heard that the firefox will no longer support NPAPI plugin for desktop systems ! Is that true?

Yes, Firefox supports NPAPI plugins.

I'm trying to install 'PortSIP VOIP SDK Plugin' on firefox, and it doesn't work ! I contacted the PortSIP support and they said that the firefox is no longer supporting NPAPI plugin !! :/
