Are you able to view that video fine in another browser e.g. the built-in Android Browser or Chrome?

Please note that some certain service providers limit your data and you may have reached your data limit therefore your carrier is throttling you.

The LG G2 is an somewhat new (released Sep 2013) phone so it shouldn't have problems.

Thanks for answering! Yes other browsers let me play that video! The fact is that it cant play Any video at all! Is there anything i might do?

What version of Android is it running? I know there's currently a bug out for KitKat devices that have a flickering strip on YouTube.

Can you send me your troubleshooting information from the Firefox installation that's having issues? This is a good part in troubleshooting.

  • Navigate to about:support via Address Bar
  • Click the button that says Copy text to clipboard
  • Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.
