Try to download Firefox, but after download, it is deleted giving a message that "...contains a virus and has been deleted..."
Everything I try to download from the web no matter what it is, is deleted with the same message "...contains a virus and has been deleted..." I can't "turn on" Windows security center either.

Try downloading the full setup. Some antivirus clients give false positives with the online stub installer.

Hello, try to use this
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
