Are you sending the email to a company etc? Have you had any issues with other email addresses or just this one? How long has this been going on for? Do you have any other problems in sending/receiving emails?
I shall try and do the best that I can to resolve the issue.
Thanks

Hi,
thanks for the reply. Im getting the error message from several addresses, so im not sure why its doing that. Ive only noticed this in the last few days but i dont use this account that often. The addresses are a mixture of types.
I seem to receive emails fine
Thanks
Did you change anything prior to getting the error messages. I am trying to work out why it's only for a select few rather than all outgoing emails.
If possible can you send an extract of the error without compromising any personal information.
Thanks
