I have had an email returned (undeliverable) after 3 days

The problem is iinet can not get btinternet.co to accept the email. It has tried for three days and given the delivery up as a bad joke and thrown the thing back to ou to work out what the error is.
Just as a wild guess the email address should be btinternet.com. Not btinternet.Co
