Why is there no junk mail in my junk folder? I have good mail going into junk but I can't see what's in junk so I can't correct the status of that email address
This is my default email inbox. It has two folders "junk" and "spam". there is never anything in either. But I'm not receiving regular notices from a list serve I'm on. I think they are going into junk, but I can't confirm since i never have any mail in either folder. how do I remedy this? many thanks

See if you are subscribed to it. Sometimes even after having created it, if it's not subscribed to it won't show up or create duplicates.
