I have an account with Mozilla Support. I want to access Community Forums but can't seem to find a link to them. Can anybody assist me with this? I found a link to MozzillaZine but apparently it has never heard of me. Anyway, I would like to be able to access a Firefox Support Forum. My preferred email address is @msn.com .

The Support forum is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions

If you have any questions or comments about the support.mozilla.org site itself you can post in SUMO community discussions section of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums

The http://forums.mozillazine.org is a independent site not a part of nor run by Mozilla. The mozillaZine forums has existed since Nov 4th 2002 while the support forums at support.mozilla.org only started as early as 2007.

This is kind of an odd looking forum. I guess I am more used to one similar MozillaZine. I was able to access this site, however, it took a very old login and password, one which I normally, no longer use. My problem with this group was when I told it I had lost my password and requested a password reset, it said it had send the reset link to my email address. In fact, I never received a reset password link. I experienced the same problem using both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Can you determine if there is a problem with that function on your website? Thanks.

Mozillazine and Mozilla are not the same site and not affiliated with each other.

Which I mentioned and linked to for further information about mozillaZine if you read all of the replies ;)

Given that Mozillazine and Mozilla are not the same site and not affiliated with each other, how should I choose which forum to post to when I have questions about Thunderbird?

You can post threads in Thunderbird section here or you can post in Thunderbird section on mozillaZine at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=50

Both are pretty active.

Actually unlike the other products listed on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions the Thunderbird email client has technically not been a Mozilla product for a while now.
