I understood I won't share my contact detail ever. Can I have my question's reply, please?

The first reply covered it: FAKE - SCAM - LIE.

Did that maybe come from an ad in your home page?

One possible culprit would be an extension. You can view, disable, and often remove unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions.

Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything suspicious or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove).

Any improvement?

The scam page was likely due to a form of malvertising Ad.

Do you honestly think you will get something worth as much as several hundreds dollars US or $1000cdn and only have to pay $1 for shipping.

The $1 is to trick people to get more details like credit card or such money payment information from the people who fall for this scam.

There has been three prize variations of this scam, a iPhone X, $1000 gift card and Samsung S8 or S9.

If Mozilla (the company that makes Firefox) was legitimately giving out prizes to random people it would likely be on a *.mozilla.org page and not some random weird url site.

Depending on page variation you may said prize for doing a basic survey. Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of http://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com however no form of prizes are given for doing them.
