Can't make secondary email my primary email even though I followed instructions! Now what do I do?
I cannot change my primary email. I followed your instructions to make my secondary email my primary email. When I saw that I had no secondary email filled in I tried to add the one I usually use but the message said this account already exists. I know it does because I have been sent messages to that (the secondary email) when there was a problem. I'm stuck. I have no idea what to do.

Can you login to that secondary email address and possibly remove that account if it exists?
