I am using the 32 bit, release 60.4.0 of Thunderbird.

About 2 weeks ago I printed an email attachment and now every time I start Thunderbird the print dialog appears.

If I click on OK within the dialog it prints the same attachment, but the dialog will appear again the next time I start Thunderbird. Clicking cancel only removes the dialog from the screen, it appears again at startup.

Any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.

The printer queue is empty.

Starting Thunderbird and clicking on OK within the print dialog that always appears creates an entry in the print queue, I can clear this.

The same print dialog will appear again when Thunderbird is closed and then re-started.

I'm not sure if the zombie print task is stored in TB or Windows. Perhaps clearing the print spooler will have an effect.
