Primary email account ([edited] @cox.net) is no longer active
The process to change email address requires a verification be sent to old email. That account is not active so no verification can be received. How can I change my email from the dead ([edited] @cox.net) to the new email ([edited] @mailfence.com)?

If you do not have access to that email account, we would be unable to verify your identity and you would need to set up a new Firefox Account.
