Since the update to 4.01, yesterday, my back and forward buttons are disabled and grayed out. Also when I click on the refresh button, nothing happens. Even my F5 key doesn't work. I have to right click on the tab itself and reload tab from the context menu. This is only since upgrading to 4.01. I have rebooted my system. I have cleared my cache. I have restarted Fire fox several times.

I'm following up on my own question since I figured out the problem and someone else may have it come up on them.

I disabled most of my add-ons, after re-starting Firefox in "Safe Mode". I added back only the ones I've had with previous versions of Firefox. It then started to work correctly.

I'm thinking it might have been Java.
