I m having a issue with mozilla firefox 8.0 browser. i installed it today and trying to use it but it shows a msg "Unauthorised Request".

when i go to page info there is a msg "connection not encrypted" and "this website does not supply ownership information " but when same website open in ie9 it works.how could i solve this issue plz send me the right solution or setting up.

This problem is also happen with other browser like safari. But the same webpage ex-google.com is open in ie9 without any issue.

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or by blocking cookies.


Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
