i don't seem to have the drop down menus you show on your help page. For instance, I have no import option under "file".
your help page refers to menu option I don't seem to have. There is no "Firefox" option on the top menu line or on any menu line. I've checked all the toolbar option in view drop down menu. Also I'm trying to import Safarai bookmarks but there is no "import" option under the "File" drop down menu.

You can find the Import menu entry in the Bookmarks Manager (Library)
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import Data from Another Browser
