I can't remember which names I chose yesterday to change my ID and my password. Where can I get help to retrieve them?

I think I've been hacked and I was trying to change my ID and Password, but somehow I made an error wherein Yahoo wouldn't recognize my new information. I got shut out and now I don't know what to do.
