Can't bypass certificate warning

At work i'm surfing through a proxy, which uses it's own certificates on all https sites. The result of this is that each time I want to access a https site I got a certificate warning (sec_error_untrusted_issuer). Normally I can just ignore the warning and add an exception (not an ideal solution, but it works). But sometimes it's not possible to add an exception. The button is there, but the popup window says that the certificate is valid and no exception is needed and the confirm button is disabled. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/KZBO5.png (in swedish, but i guess you can see the disabled button anyway).

When this happens I have to use IE for a couple of days until the problem solves it self. I have tried both to restart firefox and the computer whitout any success.

Any ideas?

We had a thread where the error page says the certificate is not valid but the dialog says it is valid. I don't think we reached a satisfactory conclusion about exactly what was causing it, but you can skim through what people tried and their reports on what worked and what didn't work: Why won't Firefox let me add an exception? | Firefox Support Forum | Firefox Help.

I cleared the cache and removed the previous stored exception for gmail.com, and now it works. :) Thanks!
