I have got the new version of Adobe Flash Player. How come it won't let me use omegle or chatroulette and it keeps crashing?

Everytime I load chatroulette it says that Adobe Flash Player has crashed, when on omegle and I click the video tab it says that it crashes. However my Flash Player works for games on facebook. I know it's the most recent version as I needed to get the latest version to play a game on facebook.

There are some compatibility issues between the latest Flash player and some Firefox add-ons or settings. Could you see whether anything in these articles helps:

There is a way to manually turn off the new protected mode of Flash 11.3, if you do not want to try an earlier version. In this support article from Adobe it's under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
