Solução escolhida

Firefox can't display CJK characters unless East Asian language support and CJK fonts are installed.
In XP this isn't the case by default as both support for East Asian languages and complex script (Indic) languages need to be installed separately.
So you won't be able to see Chinese characters unless you install East Asian support.
Otherwise you will have to use another computer.

Hi Cor-el, thank you so much to answer me. I did thought about this. I didn't install it because I am using this computer in the department. For the reason of data security we are not allowed to make any further changes in the system. So I could not get the access to install this. Is there another way to solve only in firefox or it is not possible?
