Ctrl + Enter Does Not Post Message on Basecamp
Ctrl + Enter sends mail in GMail and many apps use it as "Send" shortcut. Works for me on GMail.
But on Basecamp.com, it does not work when posting a message on Basecamp. Works well on other browsers. When I contacted their support, they told that FF does not allow customization of this shortcut.
What can I do to get this working?

As GMail and lots of other sites demonstrate, this isn't true. We can't really do anything about it, though, as they have to implement support for this shortcut in their app. If possible, you should follow up with their support and give examples of applications where this works.

I will contact them and update the thread.
They said that will pass feedback to developers about this.
