All my email is periodically deleted without my permission.
All my email suddenly disappears without my deleting it. This has occurred twice in two weeks. The email also disappears from my Internet Service Provider email account. My internet service provider is Charter. L. Stowe

Please check the following:
- Tools, Account settings, then in your account, go to Synchronization & Storage
- Ensure the selected option is "Don't delete any messages"
If this is the case, please let us know if you are using POP or IMAP (see the Type section in the Server Settings).
