Why have I got to re-learn nearly all of controls each time you change something?

Hi, my name is Dave. I have been using Mozilla for some time now. Each time I get familiarised with the layout, someone designs it the other way round? When the new 'e-mail' came out I needed to send an e-mail asap. I found it had all been changed round !!! I was not pleased because there was no way to change it back !!! Later on that day I spent 45 mins sorting it out, back to the 'old' type of page which works fine. Now you want me to update to the New mozilla, which...and I can put money on it....will require me to learn it all again !!! LIFE IS TOO SHORT to keep doing this. Please stop doing this Thank-you.

Hello Dave

First of all, I'm really sorry for the challenge you are having. I know it can be quite frustrating when you are used to something and you wake up one day and it's gone. There's a sense of being lost that comes with it.

That being said, you'll realize with every new update comes security patches that are quite important and also new interface changes.

You can simply keep your installation and not update.

I'm sure you'll get more better answers for contributors :)
