Why is a regular, monthly email suddenly marked as spam?

I have been getting the same email from my gas company for about a year and a half; same subject line, same reply address. This month it's marked ***SPAM*** in the subject line. I never delete them so I can't imagine why this one has been marked as spam (no training). My ISP is the same and as far as I know I haven't changed anything in Thunderbird, except of course I update when I get a notice. (I'm on 38.3.0 on Windows 7 Home Premium.)

Or is that ***SPAM*** in the subject line coming from my Avast AV?

Soluție aleasă

It is not coming from Thunderbird. Thunderbird uses the word Junk and does not change subject lines.
