Hi

The best thing for you to do is to take a backup of your Firefox profile. This is a folder that stores you bookmarks and add-ons which you can then add to the reinstalled Firefox on your new operating system.

You read more about the Firefox profile folder, how to back it up and restore it, here.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different option for you.
