Downloading emails in folders to TB

How can I download emails that are in folders without actually opening the folder? Only Inbox seems to auto update.

On a daily basis I use my ISP provided email, and read, delete or move messages to folders.

Each day I open TB to use as a back up, but only the Inbox auto updates, or when I click Get Messages tab.

I have to try and remember which folders need updating.

Is there an easy way to achieve this automatically?

Thanks

I haven't tried it as I don't have any extra folders on server. BUT if you select those folders for use offline and update before going offline then a simple click in down-left should update all selected folders

You using pop or IMAP? Pop only connects to the inbox. You need to use IMAP to see all folders on the server. Since you mentioned backup you should read up on pop vs imap to decide what works best for you.
