I want to delete all connections to iDrive from my Firefox browser homepage, but all attempts have failed. How do I accomplish this, i.e., totally delete all iDrive icons and other software from my browser? The iDrive tech support was useless. Uninstalling did the .dmg file not work.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

I tried several times to upload a snapshot of the problem in an earlier post, but it would not load. I tried again as a zip file, but your browser does not recognize zip files. I shrunk the .jpg file.

Sorry, I don't have a Mac, but that e icon for iDrive that is in the upper left of that screenshot appears to be sitting in the Mac Menu Bar (System Tray on a Windows device) - not on a toolbar "owned" by Firefox.

iDrive is installed at the operating system level, and needs to be turned off there in installed applications.
