The (default) FireFox (Android) download folder contains an HTML file that I would like to run from a bookmark. Is it possible to navigate to file via FireFox search bar with "file:///" reference that I can bookmark? I've tried a number of things based on the following observations ... and nothing has worked so far.

I have the Pixel XL phone. When I browse to "file:///storage/", FireFox displays two folders "emulated" and "self", and permissions prevent me from navigating any further.

When I view storage through Android "Settings/Storage/Explore", the file location is reported as "Pixel XL/Android/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/Download/".

When I connect the phone to my Windows computer, I can navigate to the HTML file from Windows. Windows displays the download folder's path as "Computer\Pixel XL\Internal shared storage\Android\data\org.mozilla.firefox\files\Download".

I never thought of browsing to file:///sdcard/download/. The Pixel does not have an SD card, so it would be a dead-end ... right? NO... Browsing to file:///sdcard/download/ did not get me to the download folder, but it did allow me to navigate "Up to higher level directory" ... and that took me to "file:///storage/emulated/0/" which allowed me to navigate throughout emulated storage.

The default FireFox download directory on the Pixel is: file:///storage/emulated/0/Android/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/Download/

Thank you kbrosnan !!

I would try file:///sdcard/download/ as that is the default Android download location.
