There are (were) two "search" boxes for finding emails in our program. They are both in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The lower one is the one that actually works, the upper one is basically useless. Well my lower search box has disappeared leaving only the upper and it is useless. PLEASE help!! Where did the lower search box in the upper right corner go? And , how do I get it back??

That is most likely the QuickFilter Bar. In the traditional menu across the top, go to View|Toolbars and re-enable it. In the newer menu that hides behind a button, it's under Options. Either hover and wait, or click on the small ">" symbol to the right of the text.

You may also have a toolbar button that toggles this feature off and on. This button usually has a magnifying glass icon.

And you may find that ctrl+shift+k enables it too.
